Everything at Binky Clay is handmade individually in the Pilbara, Western Australia. The pieces will often have small hand-forming marks, making each piece unique. Size, colour and shape may vary slightly. These are not flaws.

Due to hygiene purposes, I do not accept returns on jewellery unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. Please send me an email and photo of the flawed item to amy@binkyclay.com  and I will advise a return address.

Binky Clay offers free express shipping to all domestic orders. All packages will be sent through Australia post express or international mail. National delivery times vary from 1 day to 14 days depending on location and International delivery can vary between  5-21 days.

Binky Clay is responsible for any loss or damage of your product up until the point of delivery to your specified address. Should an item not be delivered or be delivered damaged please contact me via amy@binkyclay.com. For damaged items I must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
