Due to hygiene purposes, I do not accept returns on jewellery unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. Please send me an email and photo of the flawed item to amy@binkyclay.com  and I will advise a return address.

Please be 100% certain before purchasing and do not hesitate to ask any questions about an item before doing so.

What materials do you use for your jewellery?

Polymer clay is a type of modelling clay. The clay is formed by hand and placed in an oven to harden.

Surgical steel studs: Sourced from a local Australian supplier. Surgical steel is suitable for most sensitive ears.

How do I care for my product?

Polymer clay is a strong and durable material however it should be treated with care. If knocked or dropped on a hard surface it could be damaged.

When you are not wearing your earrings, store them back in their box or in a safe place to increase the longevity of your piece.

Polymer clay can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

If your piece has brass features there will be a professional polishing cloth included in your parcel. The polishing cloth can be reused so keep the cloth safe in your box. To polish, firmly but gently rub on the brass to brighten up any discolouration. This will help to keep your piece in top condition for years to come.
